Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. The service
EximJinn is a software tool owned and operated by Tenvy Advisors LLP that helps you download and organise your Export-Import documents — currently e-BRCs from the DGFT portal. Accounts are created by us for our clients.
2. Your authorisation
By adding your DGFT portal credentials, you authorise EximJinn to log in to the DGFT portal on your behalf for the sole purpose of downloading your own e-BRCs and related documents. You confirm the IEC and credentials belong to you or an entity you are authorised to represent.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for accounts/IECs you are authorised to access.
- Keep your login details confidential and do not share your account.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
4. Data accuracy
e-BRC data is fetched directly from the DGFT portal. We present it as provided by DGFT and are not responsible for errors originating from the DGFT portal itself. Always verify critical figures against the official source. The DGFT portal is operated by a third party and may change or be unavailable at times, which can temporarily affect downloads.
5. Subscription & access
Access is provided on a subscription/validity basis agreed with you. When your validity period ends, you can still sign in and download your existing records, but new download jobs may be paused until renewal.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EximJinn and Tenvy Advisors LLP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Contact
For any questions about these terms, contact info@eximjinn.com or call +91 81691 90036 (Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
